Redevelopment: successor agencies: Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule.

Description:

Would, commencing July 1, 2016, revise the timeline for the preparation of the required Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule to provide that the successor agency prepare a schedule for a 12-month fiscal period, with the first of these periods beginning July 1, 2016, and would authorize the Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule to be amended by the oversight board during a 12-month fiscal period if the amendment is approved at least 90 days before the date of the next property tax distribution.
