SB 470 (Jackson)
Civil actions: summary judgment.
Would authorize a court, in its discretion, to rule only on objections made to evidence that is material to the disposition of the motion for summary judgment. The bill would provide that any objection not ruled on for purposes of the motion for summary judgment would be preserved on appeal. This bill contains other related provisions.
