It’s a very quiet but busy week in the Capitol, as offices finish up their bill packages by Friday’s introduction deadline. With next Monday’s holiday, both houses will meet on Monday and Friday (instead of the usual Thursday session), then take a three-day weekend while everyone studies the hundreds of bills introduced this week.
